Privacy information

The contact dialog shows our email address. The website has no form that sends or stores messages.

Who is responsible?

Idsøe Rådgivning, Norwegian organisation no. 838 270 352, is the data controller for enquiries sent to the business. Privacy questions can be sent to kontakt@emidsoe.no.

When you contact us

You can copy the email address and use your own email service. If you choose “Open email app”, your device attempts to open an email application or registered email service with the recipient address filled in. If you choose Gmail or Outlook / Hotmail, the selected service opens in a new tab with the recipient address filled in. The website does not receive or store the contents of your message. You write and send it yourself using your email service.

Once the email is sent, Idsøe Rådgivning receives the sender address and message in the business email account. The information is used to answer and follow up your enquiry. The email providers used by the sender and recipient also process the message.

Do not send information about children

Do not send sensitive or confidential information about children through ordinary email or other open contact channels. The contact dialog is not intended for information about an identifiable child’s health, diagnosis or other confidential matters.

Language preference and analytics

The website stores only your selected language (Norwegian or English) locally in your browser, so that it can remember your choice on later visits. You can remove this by clearing the browser’s local site data. The website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Other digital services

The website does not offer online booking, payment or a way to send or receive information from initial consultations, profiles or reports. Information about an identifiable child must not be collected through an ordinary website form. This requires a suitable separate solution.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of information you have sent. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Read more about the right to information.
